Spring Family Race Day at Ascot Racecourse

The first family race day of 2019 is free for under 18s and offers a thrilling combination of top class racing and free countryside themed activities for all ages. Younger children can enjoy the safe racecourse environment with free fun attractions that have an educational slant. Activities include Willow Bank ‘build a den’, foraging and cooking demos with James Wood, Bird of Prey and Dog Agility Displays, a falconry display, ferret racing and a petting zoo, while the Gruffalo will be on hand for photos. Children can also take part in a 20 things to do before your 12 experience.

Celebrate Mother’s Day with an uplifting family concert featuring the astonishing vocal talents of London’s dynamic IDMC Gospel Choir. Bring the whole family and enjoy singing, dancing and clapping along to hits by Stevie Wonder, Bill Withers, and Jackie Wilson, as well as traditional Gospel Songs.

The concert will run at 11.30am and 2.00pm. The 11.30am concert is a Relaxed performance – ideal for families with babies and toddlers or children with SEND. Running time for both concerts is 50 minutes. Tickets from £9.00. To find out more and book now, click here.
