Inflatable Theme Park, Newbury Weekend

Inflatable Theme Park boasts some of England’s biggest and best bouncy castles and inflatables, and this weekend it’s coming to Northcroft Park in Newbury. It’s bigger and better for 2018 and with new attractions. An all-day unlimited use wristband is £8 per child with free entry for accompanying adults. Children aged 2 – 14 years only (strictly no over 14s allowed on the equipment.

Bring the kiddies to Norden Farm in Maidenhead this weekend for interactive storytelling in the magical story den. Parents can join in or unwind in the café with a cuppa and the papers, while your little ones get involved in telling stories from all over the world. Suitable for children age 4 – 7 years. The session starts at 11.30am and last 45 minutes. £3.00 per child.

The Burghfield Beer and Music Festival returns to Berkshire this weekend for what promises to be a great weekend for families. As well as the great selection of beers, ciders, wines and prosecco for the adults, there will be fantastic live music, and a great funfair and entertainment for families. Family Saturdays: The Wedding Bells of Windsor at Windsor Castle

Running every Saturday throughout September, is this fun event for families at Windsor Castle. Family Saturdays this month will offer a second opportunity to learn about Windsor Castle’s importance as the setting for royal weddings.

Saturday 22 September from 11.00am – 4.00pm – attend an art workshop in the Billiards Room where children can design a dazzling wedding tiara, ceremonial sword, and much more.

This event is free with a standard admission to the Castle. Castle entry is free to families with a RBWM Advantage Card (residents of Windsor & Maidenhead). To find out more on admission costs to the Castle, click here.

Can you really make water disappear? Can you make a fire balloon? Come and find out in this fun show. Shows run at the weekends and during Bracknell school holiday times, at 11.00am, midday, 2.00pm, & 3.15pm. Finishes Sunday 28 October.

Showcasing the finest in traditional circus thrills and skills, Cirque Berserk! celebrates the 250th anniversary of the invention of circus by bringing this treasured form of live entertainment bang up-to-date in a jaw-dropping spectacular created especially for the theatre.

Woodley & Sonning Thai Fayre at The Shepherd’s House

Bring the family to The Shepherd’s House in Woodley on Sunday 23 September for the Woodley & Sonning Thai Fayre. This promises to be a great day of Thai music, dance, food, crafts and culture, just outside Reading. The festival will feature authentic Thai cuisine from a variety of food stalls, Thai clothing and arts and crafts stalls, Thai Massage, contemporary and traditional Thai music, traditional Thai dancing, and live music from local singer-guitarist, Scott Lewis. There will be a small play area for young children and a beer garden in which you can sit, eat and enjoy the show.
