Bite Size Bakers is a group activity for pre-school children aged 2-5 years. Parents and carers are required to stay and help their children with easy-to-make recipes and then join in with the games and activities based around preparing and enjoying food whilst the goodies are baking.
These are great classes that help promote healthy eating and food awareness whilst building confidence and encouraging independence, plus a bit of messy play. Different recipes and food textures gives the children the chance to explore their senses and express their creativity, plus they get to take home what they’ve made.
Bite Size Bakers really is learning whilst playing.
Classes are held weekly during term time. You book termly, terms consist of approximately 12 classes and cost £8.50 per class. Each class lasts approximately 45 minutes. All ingredients and equipment are provided. Classes run in Stoke Row and Caversham.
There’s also the opportunity to book on to one off school holiday classes.
