Men dressed as women, sweets hurled into the audience, no one frowning over your rowdy children, and some risqué gags for the parents thrown in for good measure. What’s not to love! The Hexagon, Reading – Aladdin

The 2018 family pantomime at The Hexagon in Reading will be Aladdin. And even more exciting is that Cbeebies superstar Justin Fletcher will once again be returning to Reading. Paul Morse, one of the most loved of Dames, has also confirmed he will once again be teaming up with Justin for some more sloshing around and slapstick high-jinx.
Tickets are now on sale, and following on from the success of last year’s Peter Pan, it’s advisable to book tickets in advance to secure the best seats and dates. This Christmas, Dick Whittington and his cat are getting ready to help celebrate 80 years of traditional pantomime at the beautiful Theatre Royal Windsor. Get ready for even more laughs, splosh and Days of Christmas than ever before. There will be new stars including Anne Hegarty, The Governess from The Chase, as well as your old favourites – Basil Brush is back! And not forgetting panto veteran Kevin Cruise and resident Dame Steven Blakeley who’ll be getting his frock on for the 10th year! Plus more stars to be announced soon!
