The Jelly Lounge, Windsor

The Jelly Lounge, Windsor

There’s a new kid on the Windsor block and they’re pretty damn cool. We just got back from a morning at the awesome Jelly Lounge in Windsor Town Centre, and can confirm it’s everything you’d hope to find in a modern day soft play, and more. It totally lives up to its name as a Family Club.

Inside it’s all bold bright colours with some lovely black and white jelly fish thrown in for good measure. There’s a play area for babies and smaller children which is away from the main soft play and has separate seating for mummies and daddies. The larger play area for toddlers and older children has been really well designed and kept my 3 year old entertained for the hour and a half we were there. Think slides, climbing areas, hidden dens, and my personal favourite, the magical hand embroidered climbing tree! This is a thing of beauty, and we especially loved the green hammock style swing too. There’s loads more seating here too. And the cherry on top are the Play Buddies in the soft play, there to help your littles ones and encourage fun and adventure. They’re a great asset meaning parents and carers can sit back with a cuppa and a croissant, see this really is a space for everyone!

The Jelly Lounge also knows how to feed little tummies after all that play. You’ll find meals like meatballs, grilled salmon and chicken goujons to name a few. The adults menu is impressive offering delicious healthy breakfasts like coconut porridge, Greek Chia Yoghurt and smashed avocado and poached eggs. For lunch you can grab homemade soup, Falafel Pitta, salad bowls, and more. There’s also an extensive hot and cold drink selection and pastries.

And the fun doesn’t stop there. The Jelly Lounge also runs some great workshops for children including, mini masterchefs, mini rockers, mini Matisse-ers, and even a mini recording studio for your budding super stars. For more information on these sessions, click here.

No more hellish soft play, this is an oasis of fun and enjoyment for little kids, and bigger ones too!
