What’s on in Berkshire this Weekend for Families: 4 & 5 November 2017

Remember, remember, it’s fun in November. There’s loads going on this weekend in Berkshire for families. Needless to say, we’ve a jam-packed fireworks schedule. But there’s loads more to the weekend than ohhhs and ahhhhs. Here are our highlights to get your weekend off with a bang.

Letter From Father Christmas Workshops, St Edmund Campion School, Maidenhead

Sunday 5 November, midday, 1.00pm and 2.00pm

Children will come and write their letters to Father Christmas and then decorate them, before posting them in a very special letterbox. After that there will be a craft activity, which this year will be decorating a mason jar which can be used to either hold reindeer food or a Christmas Eve hot chocolate! The children’s letters will then be taken away and carefully looked over. They will then receive a handwritten reply from Father Christmas. Each letter is unique to each child and will include snippets of information passed on by the child and parent (parents will receive a short questionnaire to make these letters as individual and special as possible).

Each session lasts 45 minutes and takes place at St Edmund Campion Primary School, Maidenhead. Workshops cost £10.00 per child. For more information, or to book your child’s place now, click here.

Helping to improve concentration and learning for children. The course teaches skills for coping with stress and anxiety. It helps children to feel happier and more fulfilled as they make their way in life. Perfect for children aged 5 years + and costs £10.00 per session or £36.00 for 4 sessions.
