Big Dog Little Dog yoga classes for parents and children take place at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts in Maidenhead, and Aroma House in Reading.
This is a unique yoga-based class for parents/carers and their children. Connect and bond through movement and breath. Get ready to fly! The class includes elements of acroyoga. Big Dog Little Dog is a rebel yell to handing your child your mobile phone instead of holding them, to placing them in front of the TV instead of engaging with them, to taxi-ing them around to various clubs and classes.
What you’ll need:
Bring one yoga mat (per pair), and one blanket each for relaxation at the end of the class. Suitable for ages 4 – 8 years.
