Hockey Tots, Berkshire

Hockey Tots provide age-appropriate indoor/outdoor play sessions for young children with fun, engaging and safe activities that reinforce the need to be physically active. Our programme is a multi-skilled approach, working to develop basic motor skills in line with Key Stage learning, as well as introducing children to core hockey techniques. Our coaches are highly qualified, first aid trained and fully CRB/DBS checked via England Hockey. Classes are for 4 – 7 year olds and run

Maidenhead Hockey Club

Founded in 1904, Maidenhead Hockey Club is a welcoming club with over 450 adult and junior members. These sides compete in regional and local leagues and provide opportunities for all ages and abilities to take part. We have a strong coaching structure that is available to all our members. Our thriving Colts section runs on a Sunday morning and caters for boys and girls from Under 6 to Under 18 which includes regular participation in mini tournaments for boys, girls and mixed teams of all ages.

Newbury & Thatcham Hockey Club

At Newbury & Thatcham Hockey Club we would like all young people to experience hockey and gain a passion for team sports. We have a well established junior section and coach up to 150 young people every week. We invite young players from 7 years old to join training. At 16 years old, players transfer in to the senior section of the club. If you would like to try hockey for the first time or continue an interest you already have, then please come along to a training session. There’s no need to tell us in advance, we welcome new members throughout the season.

Reading Hockey Club

Mini Hockey at Reading – We welcome girls and boys from age 4 to 12 in the Reading Minis. You don’t need to have played hockey before as our sessions cater for all abilities. All that is required is the enthusiasm to want to get active and find out about hockey. Anyone can come along and join in 2 taster sessions before deciding whether hockey and Reading is right for them and we can often provide hockey sticks for trial sessions. Don’t forget your shin pads and mouth guard.

Slough Hockey Club

Slough Juniors welcome all youngsters interested in hockey. We cater for beginners, intermediates and advanced players from ages 4 years to 16 years. To start with, you simply need to wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers. As you progress, we recommend shinpads and gumshields.

Phoenix & Ranelagh Hockey Club, Reading

We have a thriving junior section which caters for ages 5-16, and we welcome new members throughout the season. We train on Sunday mornings at University of Reading’s Sports Park, Shinfield Road, Reading.
