Noodle Nation is a firm favourite with our 3 and 4 year olds, pop a pair of chopsticks in their hands and they suddenly turn into Mr Miyagi. This is great value, child-friendly Chinese dining at its best, and you’ll never feel bad for the occasional meltdown or spilt drink mid-meal. Noodle Nation operates on canteen style bench seating, and they also have plenty of baby seats that attach on to the side of the table. There’s a baby change toilet within easy reach so you don’t have to trek too far when you get that sudden urgent shriek of desperation.
The children’s menu includes yummies such as sweet & sour chicken balls, chicken & mushroom rice, veggie noodle stir fry, tempura chicken bites and edamame beans. Meals are great value and large portions. All children’s drinks are served in plastic cups with lids and straws, fun and practical all in one. Winner winner noodle dinner.
As this is in the town centre there’s no parking but Nicolson’s carpark is just over the road.
Right, I’m off to order a takeaway…
